To keep things simple, our system allows for one loyalty point code per order. Loyalty codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes or "stacked" on a single purchase.

Yes, points are valid for two years (24 months) from the date they were earned. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to treat your skin, but don’t wait too long to use those rewards!

We love a good sale! However, during certain promotional periods or major site-wide sales, loyalty code redemptions may be restricted. Most promotional codes cannot be used in combination with loyalty point codes. If you’re having trouble applying a code during a sale, it’s likely because a better automatic discount is already being applied to your cart!

If you apply a loyalty code at checkout but then swap it out for a different promotional code before finishing your order, your point total may appear incorrect or "stuck."
