We only accept returns on products that are unopened within 7 days of receiving your order. Opened products are not eligible for a refund.
There are no refunds or exchanges on pre-order sales.
For damaged items, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include images of your damaged item(s) along with your order number in your email for fastest service. There are no refunds on damages, but we will happily replace your items.
