We only accept returns on products that are unopened within 7 days of receiving your order. There will be a 40% restocking fee for items that are returned.
All products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless damaged and then we will only send a replacement.

Please notify Sonia Roselli within seven (7) business days if any items were damaged in transit.
Damaged will be replaced when we are notified within the seven (7) business day window. These items will not be refunded.
Please include images of the damaged item(s) in an email with your order number to email@example.com so that we may take it up with the shipping company.
