We only accept returns on products that are unopened within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Opened products are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer pre-paid return labels at this time.
Pre-Orders
There are no refunds or exchanges on pre-order sales.
Damaged Items
For damaged items, please email support@soniaroselli.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Please include images of your damaged item(s) along with your order number in your email for fastest service. There are no refunds on damages, but we will happily replace your items.
Items returned to sender at no fault of Sonia Roselli Beauty (ie: wrong address, package not picked up, duty unpaid, etc.) are subject to a $3 restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.
We make every effort to respond within 24-48 hours, depending on when your message arrives in our inbox.
