This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other third-party platform used to view or share this promotion. - Sweepstakes Period
The “WIN A YEAR OF SRB SKIN PREP” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on August 15, 2026
at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the
“Entry Period”). Sponsor's database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. - Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of
Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors
of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their
immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and those living in the same household
(whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. - How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter, described below. Both methods are equally easy to use, receive equal
treatment, and have an equal chance of winning — Sponsor does not favor entries submitted under one
method over the other in the random drawing described in Section 6. Limit: one (1) entry per person, per
email address, and per household for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry used. Entries
submitted through the use of any automated device, script, macro, or any other means that is not the
entrant's own genuine, individual effort will be void Method 1 – Submit a Product Review (Review Entry)
During the Entry Period, visit https://www.soniaroselli.com/pages/sonia-roselli-reviews and complete all of the following steps:
1. Leave a genuine, honest written review describing the SRB product(s) entrant has personally used
and the results entrant has noticed.
2. Upload one (1) original photo or video of the entrant depicting genuine, unedited use and/or results
of SRB product(s) (for example: a selfie with SRB products, a before-and-after, a skin-prep photo, a short video, a bridal or wedding photo, or a finished makeup look). Photos and videos taken on a phone are acceptable; no filters, retouching, or professional setup is required or permitted. 3. Submit the review to complete entry. Completion of all steps above constitutes one (1) entry (the “Review Entry”). Method 2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase or Product Review Necessary) — Equal Chance of Winning Entrants who do not wish to submit a product review may enter for free by visiting [Entry Form] during the Entry Period and completing the entry form with entrant's full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth. Alternatively, entrants may hand-print their full name, mailing address, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: 3024 N Ashland Ave. #578909, Chicago, IL 60657-3012, Attn: “WIN A YEAR OF SRB SKIN PREP” Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2026 and received by September 25, 2026. No purchase, payment, or product review is required to use this method, no photo or video is required (though entrants may optionally include one), and this method receives equal consideration in the random drawing described in Section 6. Sponsor will provide a direct, clearly visible link or reference to this free entry method in the same marketing email, landing page, social media post, and/or advertisement in which the Review Entry method (Method 1) is offered, so that both methods are equally accessible to consumers and neither is presented as the primary or preferred way to enter.
5. Review Content — Disclosure Requirement
Because entrants who choose Method 1 receive a benefit (entry into this Sweepstakes) in exchange for posting a review, each such review must clearly and conspicuously state that the reviewer received an
incentive to write it (for example, “I received an entry into a sweepstakes for this review”), consistent withthe FTC Endorsement Guides. Sponsor reserves the right to request that an en trant add this disclosure, to add the disclosure on the entrant's behalf, or to disqualify an entry that omits it. All reviews must be truthful and reflect the entrant's genuine opinion; Sponsor does not require a positive review and will not condition entry, winner selection, or prize award on the content or star rating of any review.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about September 30, 2026, Sponsor (or its designated representative) will randomly select five (5) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, combining both entry methods into a single entry pool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the administration and/or interpretation of these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.
7. Prizes Each of five (5) winners will receive: four (4) full-size units of each eligible SRB Skin Prep product the winner selects, up to a maximum of 4 eligible products, from the list of eligible products
Sponsor provides at the time of winner notification (each, a “Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is approximately $1000.00, based on then-current suggested retail pricing at
soniaroselli.com; actual value may vary depending on the products selected. Total ARV of all Prizes:appr oximately $5000.00. No cash alternative or transfer of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize (or any component) becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any expenses not specifically described in these Official Rules.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified using the email address or contact information associated with their entry within five (5) business days of selection. Each potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release, and/or a completed Form W-9, within five (5) days of notification being sent. If a potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, fails to respond within the required time period, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will forfeit the Prize and, time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Use of Entry Content
By submitting a review, photo, or video, entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and
display the entrant's review, photo, and/or video, together with the entrant's name and city/state of residence, in connection with advertising and promoting Sponsor, its products, and this Sweepstakes, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation, or consideration to the entrant, except where prohibited by law. Entrant represents that entrant owns or has the necessary rights to submit the review, photo, and/or video, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.
11. General Conditions
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent, fake, or duplicate review, violates these Official Rules, or engages in any conduct that is
unfair, disruptive, or otherwise not in the best interest of the Sweepstakes, as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical or human error of any kind.
• If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other
cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.soniaroselli.com/pages/privacy-policy.
14. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a Prize. Winners whose Prize has an ARV of $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must provide Sponsor with a completed Form W-9 prior to Prize fulfillment.
15. Disputes; Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
16. Winner List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, postmarked by November 30, 2026, to: 3024 N Ashland Ave. #578909, Chicago, IL 60657-3012, Attn: “WIN A YEAR OF SRB SKIN PREP – Winner List.”
