Sonia has a really in-depth approach to finding out who your ideal client is and it's an approach you can continually use if your ideal client changes over time. I was pretty miserable in 2019 because I was attracting clients who wanted the luxury experience without the luxury price. My rates were by no means luxury but they were not cheap/budget rates either. Using what I learnt from Sonia, I was able to find my niche market and market to my ideal client that spoke their language. Now, I often do not get asked about discounts and people respect my rates and don't question them. I find my clients to be more kind and flexible as well especially during the postponements due to COVID- I know I am the service provider and should be flexible too but to get the best results, it's a team effort. I almost considered quitting doing bridal beauty but after I got more clarity and better clients that fit who I wanted to work with, things became a lot easier. This was also the most in-depth course with homework that I have ever done and if you do the work, the results will follow!
