Here's the thing: You're a luxury brand, don't apologize for your rates. You deserve to earn a living and put food on the table just like anyone else.
A potential client complaining about your rates is like them going into the Mercedes dealership and bitching them out because their prices are too expensive and they can't afford it.
Just keep it kind and keep it moving. You're not for everyone and that's ok!
